1080 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 1080's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 1080 platform at https://1080.im, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the 1080 platform, including visitors, registered users and those accessing the platform via mobile devices or the official app. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The 1080 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and 1080 reserves the right to close any account found to be in violation of this requirement without prior notice.
Account Creation and Information Security
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1080 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address and any other required details.
Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 1080 immediately through the provided customer support channels. 1080 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your password by a third party.
Identity Verification
1080 reserves the right to request identity verification from any user at any time for compliance or security purposes. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 1080 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the operation of 1080's systems, servers or network infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to access or interact with the platform for manipulative purposes.
- Spreading false, deceptive or misleading information that could harm other users or the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, transactions, or any process within the platform through unauthorised means.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or falsified information.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of available balances and legal action where necessary. 1080 reserves the right to disclose user information to the relevant authorities if required by law.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the 1080 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow QR. Users are responsible for ensuring they use payment methods registered in their own name.
Deposit Conditions
Successful deposits are credited to the user's account once payment confirmation is received by the system. 1080 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time.
Withdrawals and Processing Timeframes
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform based on the chosen withdrawal method. 1080 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal for security purposes. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the platform account.
Transaction Responsibility
All transactions that have been confirmed and fully processed are final. Users are required to review transaction details before confirming. 1080 will not reverse any legitimate transaction except under circumstances defined by platform policy or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Platform Liability
The 1080 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 1080 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures or game outcomes. 1080's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1080 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, text, software, user interfaces and brand names — is the exclusive property of 1080. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1080.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
1080 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if fraudulent, manipulative or unlawful activity is detected. Where an account is legitimately closed without any breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate method once the verification process is complete.
Third-Party Links
The 1080 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. 1080 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or practices of any third party. Users are advised to read the relevant terms and policies of third-party services separately before using them.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
1080 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at the platform's discretion. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current terms in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1080 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction.
